In Which

Melissa wants to use Vox more, so here I go.

I have been in a design kick lately. I drew out a piece of furniture earlier. It's cute :D

I should be asleep, but as I don't have to truly be awake until 1 in the afternoon, it doesn't matter. I am starting back to work at Crest (for reals, no just on the weekends)  today in about 11.5 hours, so yay. At least I will have something to do with my time. I've been bored out of my mind since Saturday night. OUT OF MY MIND.

This Diet Dr. Pepper I'm drinking tastes like medicine. Cough medicine, actually. It's weird.

Earlier, Melissa and I were at Sonic, wherein she was talking to her mom on the phone. Melissa told her mom she was going to drop of of school (joking, of course), and her mom replied that Melissa would then be flipping burgers for a living. As this goes against her moral/foodie code as a vegetarian, her mom said then perhaps a vegetarian restaurant. Melissa's reply:

"There aren't vegetarian restaurants in the south. That's like finding a mini-skirt in Afghanistan."

I am about to leave to take M and I to see Motion City Soundtrack and the Hush Sound! JS will be there, and maybe some other people. Tonight is going to be amazing!

I don't want to work tomorrow. Ugh.

But! Afterwards, the Honda Civic Tour (MCS!) and well, more work on Saturday. Saturday night, though, I will be watching Juno and eating junk food. Delicious.

I have cream cheese and lemons in the fridge. I should make some cheesecake.

So, I am trying out Vox to see how it is. J told M to, so I thought I might as well.

I like the design of it--it's very clean.

I didn't do much today, though, when M and I were backing out of my driveway, I wanted to run over the kid on his bike because he wouldn't stop riding right behind my car and when I pulled all the way out, he turned around right next to my car. Oh well, I kept myself under control.
